An alternate forum will be considered inadequate if there is no possible remedy for the plaintiff there.
An alternate forum will be considered inadequate if it will disregard the U.S. court's orders.
Some courts when analyzing a forum non conveniens motion consider the adequacy and availability of an alternate forum as separate inquiries.
