Khorozian, 333 F.3d 498, 506 (3d Cir. 2003) (holding that the header or text of the fax was admissible and did not constitute hearsay evidence because "nothing said by a machine ... is hearsay" and....If a statement is assertive -- that is, if the declarant's statement does assert that some matter is true -- the statement is nevertheless non-hearsay if the statement is offered to prove that some matter other than the asserted matter is true.
