In criminal proceedings evidence of specific instances of alleged victim's sexual conduct with accused on other occasions is admissible to show victim's consent to have intercourse or sexual relations with accused.

Thomas, 987 F.2d 1298, 1301 (7th Cir. 1993) (upholding trial court's admission into evidence of the sawed-off shotgun even if the witness did not sufficiently identify it because his entire testimony....A matter or thing (such as a signature) may be authenticated by having the trier of fact compare that matter or thing with another matter or thing -- a "specimen" or "exemplar" -- that has been authenticated.

International Profit Association, Inc., 544 F.3d 798, 801-805 (7th Cir. 2008) (holding, in plaintiff's civil action against defendant company for violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, that the trial court erred in ruling that....A statement of an employee or agent is treated as an employer's or principal's statement and, if offered against the employer or principal, it is an admission that is exempt from the hearsay rule if the employer or principal authorized its employee or agent to speak about the matter that the employee or agent spoke about and if the statement was made during the employment or agency relationship.

United States v. McHorse, 179 F.3d 889, 902 (10th Cir. 1999) (upholding the trial court's ruling which allowed the prosecutor's inquiry on cross-examination of accused and his son on specific incidents involving his daughter and half-sister because their testimony of accused's character or pertinent trait...Although a character witness who testifies to the reputation of another person or gives an opinion of the character of another person cannot testify to specific instances of that person's conduct to bolster the character witness's testimony, an opposing party may question the character witness about specific instances of the person's conduct to show that the character witness' testimony about the character of the person was not well-founded.
