Whether another crime may be used as evidence for an otherwise permissible non-propensity "circumstantial" purpose (i.e., other than to shed light on a witness' credibility) if (i) there was no conviction for the other crime or (ii) the person who allegedly committed the other crime was acquitted of committing the other crime
