SpinDoc is your private legal pad. Use it to collect authorities, jot down some notes, and start drafting your document. When you're done, you can paste it into your word processing document.
To create your SpinDoc, start your research. When you find the rule you need and the authority you want, choose "add to SpinDoc." The rule and its authority will be placed in your SpinDoc in proper Bluebook form. Click on "add notes" to open the writing function.
No one can see your SpinDoc but you.
A couple of pointers: If you've added a new authority to your SpinDoc but don't see it, click "refresh." Click on a rule or authority for more options.
